How do I return an item?
When returning an item please read through our return policy below and then contact us with your order number and reason for your return. We will then email you instructions on how to return your item. If your item is defective in many cases it is covered by the manufactures limited warranty. If you contact us we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer in the case of a defective product. When shipping your return back to us, you must ship with a tracking number and insurance. Also include a sheet of paper with your order number and full name and address.
Return Policy
- Software & Video Game merchandise:
Software, Video Games and Video game Hardware may be returned within 14 days of placing your order. There is a 15% restocking fee on these items. Items must be brand new and factory sealed. Serial numbers are recorded upon shipping, so the item you return must be the exact same item with the same serial number. Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Toys & Electronics: Toys and other Electronics may be returned with 30 days of placing your order. there is a 15% restocking fee on these items. Items must be brand new and factory sealed. Shipping fees are not refundable.
- All other items: All other items may be returned within 30 days of your purchase date.
Items must be new and unopened. Shipping fees are not refundable.
